Can members get a lower ticket price?
Yes. Upload a CSV of email addresses and attach special pricing. A matching checkout email receives the member rate without sharing a public coupon code.
Does TixSimple collect recurring membership dues?
No recurring membership billing or automatic membership renewal workflow is currently available. Manage dues and renewals separately.
Does a pass automatically allow unlimited repeat entry?
Do not assume that a pass name creates unlimited visits or a cross-event entitlement. Define the access you intend and confirm your check-in setup before selling repeat-entry passes.
Can I sell tickets to non-members too?
Yes. Keep your standard ticket price for general buyers and apply special pricing to eligible member emails.
