Does TixSimple work for RV parks as well as tent campgrounds?
Yes. Because every space is an individual inventory item on your own uploaded map, you can mix RV pull-throughs, back-in sites, tent pads, cabins, and day-use parking on the same map with different prices for each.
How do guests reserve a specific site?
They open your booking page, pan the interactive map, and select the exact site they want. Sold sites are shown as unavailable, so two guests can never book the same space.
What does campground reservation software from TixSimple cost?
There is no monthly platform fee. TixSimple charges a per-reservation service fee on top of standard Stripe card processing, and you choose whether to absorb it or pass it to the guest. The calculator on our pricing page shows the exact split for any price.
Can I still take phone and walk-up bookings?
Yes. You can issue reservations directly from your dashboard for guests who call or arrive in person, and mark them as paid offline. They receive the same QR-coded confirmation by email.
